The recovered City schedule is dated October 2021. All numeric examples here are historical benchmarks, not certified 2026 rates.

Historical October 2021 benchmark for a $10,000 qualifying one/two-family building project: $70.76 +8 × $12.71 = $172.44 building fee; 20% residential review = $34.49 after cent rounding; illustrated sum $206.93. Submission checklist

Identify City property, use and project valuation.
Prepare construction plans and related trade scope.
Verify contractor credentials or the permitted owner route.
Coordinate Fire and trade review, fees and inspection records.

Homeowner and codes

Confirm owner-performed trade eligibility with the authority issuing that permit. Use the applicable adopted code for the project. The historical fee schedule references building, residential, existing-building, energy and fire codes but does not prove which editions govern a new 2026 application.

Inspections and closeout

Complete the required building and trade inspections. The dated schedule distinguishes ordinary, after-hours, energy and reinspection charges; coordinate the correct final and occupancy approvals for the actual work.
