Submission checklist

Choose project scope in PermitGNV.
Provide contractor/owner documents.
Pay prompted charges and watch for the ProjectDox invitation.
Complete in-person owner signatures where required.

Homeowner rules

An owner can register/apply online but must appear at the Building Division to sign the application and required owner affidavits. Online registration does not replace that step.

Inspections and closeout

Arrange inspections for each issued record and clear corrections. The official fee table identifies readiness/correction reinspections; confirm completion and occupancy requirements before use.
