Permit fees and worked estimates
The current Permit Center body verifies an optional $500 residential interior-remodel fast-track charge plus applicable permit fees. The current codified Title 49 dollar tables were not readable, so no complete ordinary permit quote is asserted.
| Trade | Permit fee | License fee |
|---|---|---|

Submission checklist
Homeowner and licensing
The Permit Center registers trade licenses and insurance. Contracted trade work must use the qualified and registered contractor route. No blanket homeowner trade exception was verified; confirm owner eligibility and regulated-system scope directly before self-performing work.
Codes and amendments
The City page describes Oklahoma’s September 2026 state adoption while saying Tulsa’s ordinance update is in progress with a pending January 1, 2027 date. Treat this as a transition requiring filing-date confirmation. A state adoption notice does not by itself prove the City’s new editions are already effective.
Inspections and closeout
Use the self-service inspection sequence and arrange each required inspection. Permit assistance email expressly cannot schedule inspections. Keep approved plans on site and complete finals and occupancy approval for new construction or a changed use, as applicable.
